Television Series Rating System

I've adjusted my film rating system, which has two categories and four scales, to rate television series', simply because films and television programs are not the same. To see what I mean, consider the length and complexity of stories and character(s) of a long-running show. This system incorporates one additional scale and format. Here's how to understand my ratings and use the system yourself:

First, determine the format of the series: is it more of a comedy or drama? If you're not sure, consider the time allotted to the program: comedies usually run for 30 minutes, dramas for an hour. Also, dramas usually do not have live audiences. Usually, the primary goal of a comedy is to get the viewer to laugh, while ultimately a drama strives to get the viewer to think.
